Proposal Oak · For ecommerce agencies
When a client's Merchant Center issue needs a closer look, start with a defined investigation of the website, catalog and feed. We agree on feasible repairs and document what changed.
A supervised service pilot. Technical repairs and Google approval are separate outcomes.
Start with the issue
For ordinary retail stores with a plausible technical inconsistency. We assess the evidence before accepting a case or quoting work.
Compare the submitted product data with the visible product page and relevant structured data.
Investigate incorrect destinations, variant selection and differences between the advertised item and landing page.
Trace relevant identifiers and product attributes from the store through the data source to Merchant Center.
What you receive
Findings, agreed changes and verification in one concise handoff. No unlimited audit or open-ended repair commitment.
Identify the exact issue, affected products, prior changes and who can authorize access. Agree on checks, deliverables, price, time box, dependencies and completion criteria in writing.
Capture a baseline, separate facts from hypotheses and prepare a repair plan. Implement only agreed, feasible changes with authorization and a rollback path.
Deliver before/after checks, a change log, unresolved items and next steps. If the cause remains uncertain or work exceeds scope, stop at the agreed limit and report what is known.
Fit and limits
Our starting scope is technical website, catalog and feed inconsistencies. Account-level misrepresentation may involve identity, business practices or policy issues beyond a code fix. We may decline a case or recommend experienced specialist help.
No. Google decides review eligibility and approval. A completed technical repair does not guarantee reinstatement, a review date or increased sales. Any review submission requires client authorization.
We qualify the case first, then agree on a written scope, price and payment terms before work begins. Use the least privileged supported access needed for the agreed work. Never send account passwords.
Restricted-category or counterfeit-product recovery, fabricated business details, cloaking, enforcement evasion and replacement accounts are outside scope. Broader advertising management and unapproved changes are also excluded.
Start with the facts
Share the store URL, platform and exact issue text. We'll first assess whether a narrow technical scope makes sense.
