These terms apply when you use proposaloak.com or purchase services from Proposal Oak. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any written scope provided for that service.

Services

Proposal Oak provides independent public-opportunity research, fit checks, document review and organization, deadline tracking, drafting support, and related bid-support services. The exact scope, timing, and deliverables depend on the selected service and the information you provide.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing all work, determining pricing, confirming eligibility and compliance, making certifications, signing documents, and submitting responses on time. You remain responsible for all final business and bidding decisions.

No professional advice or award guarantee

Proposal Oak is not a government agency and does not provide legal, accounting, insurance, pricing, or procurement advice. We do not guarantee that an opportunity is available, that you are eligible or responsive, or that you will receive an award, work, or revenue.

Payments, renewals, and cancellation

One-time services are charged at purchase or as stated in a written quote. Bid Desk is a month-to-month subscription that renews automatically until canceled. To prevent the next renewal, email hello@proposaloak.com before the next billing date. Charges are non-refundable once work for that service period has begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Deadlines and source materials

Service timing begins after we receive the complete solicitation files and necessary company information. Procurement agencies may amend, cancel, or change opportunities. You should continue monitoring the official source and promptly send us any amendments or notices.

Work product and acceptable use

After payment, you may use the delivered work product for your own business response. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or ask Proposal Oak to include false or misleading information.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proposal Oak is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, agency decisions, portal failures, or errors in information supplied by you or third parties. Proposal Oak’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to that claim.
