Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Starry Sheets iPhone app made by Jittiwat Rassameetawin, trading as Proposal Oak. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not medical advice

Starry Sheets helps families organize a routine and keep a record. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, or promise any result. General information in the app comes from public sources such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and the NIDDK and may not apply to your child. Always follow the advice of your child's doctor. If you think your child needs urgent care, contact a doctor or emergency services.

Family Support Pack

The Family Support Pack is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through Apple. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment, refunds and restores are handled under Apple's terms. You can restore the purchase on your devices with the same Apple ID from the app's Settings.

Your records

Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and backups secure. Restoring a purchase does not restore records. We are not responsible for records lost when an app is deleted or a device is lost.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, non-commercial family purposes and don't try to copy, reverse engineer or misuse it.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
